"Definitely ordering from here again"
I ordered once just to give it a try, it all went smoothly. The price felt fair, delivery was fine, and I was pleasantly surprised overall. I’ll most likely be back for another order.

"Refund process keeps dragging on"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been way too long. Every time I contact support, they just say it’ll be processed “soon,” but nothing actually happens. What’s even more frustrating is that the terms seem to keep changing from what I was originally told, so I don’t know what to believe anymore. Really disappointing experience.

I had a decent experience using quipply.com. It was easy to move around the site, and I found what I was looking for without having to click through a bunch of pages. Everything loaded fine, and the layout is simple enough to understand. That said, some parts felt a little too plain, and a few labels could’ve been clearer. So overall, I liked using it, but I wouldn’t say it was perfect.

I had a good experience with Quipply. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect going in, especially with the whole situation I was dealing with, but their team was polite and actually took the time to answer my questions without making it feel awkward or rushed.
Everything was handled in a really professional way, and they got back to me faster than I thought they would. It ended up being much simpler than I expected, so yeah, I’d probably use them again if I needed to

"Still not fixed, unfortunately"
They kept telling me it would be fixed, but changed nothing really. I had to keep chasing support myself, and even after all that, a real answer I still didn’t get

"Disappointed, especially because the timing was terrible"
I was expecting better quality from this. It felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and then it started wearing out way sooner than it should have. Of course, it happened right when I actually needed to use it the most, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Tried to check out and it just kept..."
Tried to check out and it just kept freezing. Like, I’d get almost to the end, then nothing. Had to refresh, start again. Then my card got declined twice, which made no sense because it worked fine right after somewhere else. just a frustrating mess.

From what I remember, I did get replies when I reached out, but a few of them weren’t as clear as I hoped. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I do remember having to reread some messages or guess a bit at what they meant.

I’ve used quipply.com a few times now and honestly... it’s been a smooth experience each time. The site was simple enough to figure out, and I didn’t run into any annoying issues or hassle. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and I’d definitely use it again.

"Support was actually helpful, somehow"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged support expecting the usual robotic “we value your patience” routine. Surprisingly, they got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly. It actually felt like a real person was helping me, which is apparently a rare luxury these days. Really happy with how they handled it...

"Shipping was spot on"
I just ordered from quipply.com recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and the shipping was smoother than I expected. The tracking came through quickly, and the package actually showed up on the exact day it was supposed to. No damage, no random delays, nothing annoying like I’ve dealt with on other recent orders.
